The Intex Challenger 2 Boat Set is awesome if you are looking for a boat that you can get on the lake in the quickest time possible for 2 people. One thing to bear in mind is that it is a little on the small side. It will easily fit 2 adults but you will be close.

The Challenger 2 boat is sturdy and is made out of 20-gauge PVC vinyl that will do a fairly good job at resisting knocks, scrapes and you should be able to use the boat near rocks and logs without issues.

This boat has also got treated PVC so you should not have to worry about getting oil on the boat or if you want to use in saltwater you should have no issues.

You also get a few extras with the Intex Challenger 2 Boat Set which features a grab line, welded oar locks and you have a grab handle on the bow as well.

Bought two of these for 2 grandkids living with us. One could hold the two kids, but being brothers (preteens) there will be a lot of arguing and fistfighting in the one boat.

Used 4 times already in a sizable river with a lot of rocks and rapids. I won’t let them on the river when it swells, but under normal flow these boats are very good. They blow up easy with supplied pump(10 minutes), fixtures are decent, and material seems durable.  Read More At Amazon.com…

I loved this boat for the 24 hours I had it. Three air chambers and a huge capacity. I took it out on a river with a really strong current with a cooler and my dog. I had a hard time steering it with the current but I managed well enough. Do not do what I did and get too drunk to steer the boat. I ended up getting caught on a log and in my drunken state I just hopped out of my boat and instantly forgot about it and swam to shore. It’s still out there somewhere floating aimlessly with a box full of beer. Oh well. That’s why I got the cheap one. Read More At Amazon.com…
